Example: driver gross 8,000.Beyond Trucking get 8% of that, which is $640. The referral bonus for that week is $64.
Escrow is $2,500. It will be taken at $250 a week for the first 6 weeks. The SIGN ON BONUS covers the rest.

Recruiting compensation is 10% of Beyond Trucking's fee to the owner operator for the duration of their working with Beyond Trucking Inc.
Example:
Driver gross 8,000. Beyond Trucking get 8% of that, which is $640. The recruiter's commission for that week is $64. Signing up to be an independent recruiter consist of signing an agreement to not misinform potential partners and filling out a W9.
